I'm William Fang, a designer and developer based in Hangzhou, China.

With 16+ years spanning Alibaba, Kuaishou, and independent ventures, I bridge the gap between design craft and engineering rigor. My work ranges from cross-device UI systems to AIGC model training.

I've led design at HITV, driven Double 11 campaigns at Alibaba-Youku, built component systems at Kuaishou, and now pioneer AI creative tools. 6 GUI design patents, multiple AIGC awards, and features in PHOTOVOGUE.
